The Company was started in 1986 following the relocation of the Whitbread Design Office, with whom I was previously employed, to Cheltenham. My choice at the time was either to move house to the Cheltenham area or to set up my own Company. Having previously worked for Courage and Whitbread, and given the generous terms that were being offerd, I elected for the latter.

Since that time we have continued to specialise within the Leisure Industry, working on pubs, clubs, restaurants and other Licensed retail outlets.

We offer a complete Design service from the initial client briefing through to practical site completion. Within that broad spectrum we cover the following areas:

Sketch Schemes
Budget Costings
Feasibility Schemes
Full working drawings and layouts
Coloured visuals and sample or mood boards
Statutory Approvals (Licensing Magistrates, Listed Building, Planning & Building Regulations)
Quantity Surveying
Site Supervision and financial control
Specification and/or supply of furnishings
Graphic Design, Logos etc.

The majority of our Clients are Breweries or Pub Operating Companies in addition to which we have a small number of private clients. We work largely in the Southern half of the country; roughly to a line from Birmingham to Norwich and as far west as Exeter and Bristol.
